Adair County posts its public bidding opportunities through the GovBuy procurement system, powered by Orbis Online. The portal provides vendors with one location to view available solicitations, download supporting documents, register for participation and submit responses.
Opportunities may include sealed bids, reverse auctions, invitations to bid, requests for proposals, requests for qualifications and other county purchasing needs.
Adair County will evaluate submissions according to the requirements established for each individual solicitation. The county may reject any or all responses, waive minor irregularities when legally permitted and select the submission determined to best serve the county’s operational and financial interests. The lowest-priced response may not necessarily be selected when other evaluation factors apply. Current opportunities are displayed below.
